Executive functioning training

Executive functioning is a collection of mental processes that help you plan, focus, and carry out tasks. These skills are important for success in school, work, and social interaction.

I offer weekly sessions where I work with your child on self-monitoring, working memory, organization and impulse control. We will use lessons, specialized apps and targeted play to uncover, interact with and absorb better executive functioning skills.

Online group and in-person group sessions are available.
